Grow,move forward, with measured pace, checking yourself all the way. Observe the situation carefully, seeing all the facets, all possible sources of trouble. Use firm but proper action where necessary. Delegate responsibility and accept help, but not so as to become dependant. Do not overextend yourself. Be sure of yourself, sure of your ground and then move cautiously but surely ahead.
